Langley’s roofing solution checks in for hotel development

Langley was selected to specify a roofing solution for a new inner-city hotel and worked closely with the client’s architect when specifying, from inception through to completion.

Suitable roofing solutions were required across varying roof areas of the hotel, including provision for a living green roof and a solution that could withstand the additional weight and foot traffic from a PV system.

Three roofing systems were specified comprising Reinforced Bituminous Membrane, Hot-Melt and Green Roofing
