At BPI, we use various grades of steel for indoor or outdoor applications for either commercial or domestic solutions. When used with toughened / tempered glass a stainless-steel balustrade creates a safe usable area that provides safety and wind protection without spoiling the view. Modern balustrades require little or no maintenance and are designed to meet building regulation requirements.

Glass balustrade can be a free-standing structural item for the infinity illusion or baluster posts can be placed at determined centres that can be used to support handrails with steel, glass or wood infills. Frameless blazed balustrades are more and more popular, without the upright steels a balcony can be safely protected by using specialised fixings and profiles to create a stunning finish.
