Steel enamel washbasins by Kaldewei

A key focus at the Sleep Event this year for Kaldewei, stand V10, will be washbasins made of steel enamel. Already a well established brand for baths and shower trays/surfaces, the introduction of this new segment, means bathrooms can now be fitted out using a single material, a harmonious design vocabulary and a matching colour scheme.

The Silenio washbasin by Anke Salomon is distinguished by exceptionally soft interior lines. Flowing gently inwards from both sides, the lines open out into a soft hollow which contrasts with the rear section of the basin which falls steeply. The spacious surround offers plenty of room for fittings and accessories. Both basin and matching Silenio bath are made from Kaldewei’s unique steel enamel; the exceptionally tough surface is extremely smooth, scratch resistant, hygienic and easy to clean.

The Scona floor-level shower surface features a central circular waste set within the perfectly square or rectangular surface, which matches perfectly to Silenio. With an attractive price to performance ratio, Scona comes in 44 sizes to provide the ideal wet room style shower for many different spatial requirements. It will be shown at Sleep with Secure Plus anti-slip finish; this unique finish is virtually invisible and available in 12 exclusive matt colours including Alpine White.
